Sourdough Breads

Sourdough Breads are made from our own starter, they are slightly sweet rather than ‘sour’ like a San Francisco sourdough.  The variety of breads are baked in a large batch on Mondays and Thursdays, available later in the day on those days.

SAVORY BREADS

White

Hearty - this bread has our highest percentage of whole wheat flour, topped with whole oats

Rye with Caraway - a light rye sourdough flavored with caraway seeds

Garden Harvest - a cornmeal sourdough with minced vegetables for a delicious flavor, especially when toasted

SWEET BREADS

Apricot-Walnut - dried apricots and walnuts mixed into a sweet dough

Cinnamon Swirl - available with and without raisins, great for french toast!

Chocolate-Cheese – cocoa bread with cream cheese swirl and chocolate chips

Cherry Cheese - dried cherries in the dough with a cream cheese swirl
