Honey Wheat – made with a mixture of wheat and white flours, this is a favorite that we try to keep available throughout the week.
Multigrain – a moist multigrain bread made with brown rice, polenta, oats, wheat bran and buttermilk. This is a favorite we try to keep available throughout the week.

Baguettes – white and wheat baguettes are available on weekends, while supplies last
Grandma Oster’s Rye – rye, anise and orange zest
Salt-Rising – an old-fashioned bread, called ‘salt-rising’ because rock salt was used to keep the starter at a consistent warm temperature while rising. The bread has a cheesy taste.

NOTE: Mondays are the first baking day of the week, so many of our breads will not be available until late Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. Thanks for understanding that we need a day off on Sunday, and please come in on Mondays to enjoy our coffee and pastries!!
Honey Wheat and Multigrain breads can also be ordered as dinner rolls with advance notice.
